12 Week Workout Plan-Advanced


This Workout Plan is designed for those that already have resistance training experience (at least 1-2 years).  Workouts are custom tailored to your specific goals and are not for those that are willing to slack or take it easy when it comes to training!

The 12 Week Advanced Workout Program Includes:

-Initial Assessment

-Customized Advanced Workout Program that includes unique exercises and tips to ensure you are getting the most benefit from your workouts.

-12 Weeks of Unlimited Email Access for questions and open communication.

*Note:  You WILL need a commercial gym for this plan.  You may not have access to all equipment needed in your own home gym (ie: you will need more than a few dumbbells and resistance bands!).
