12 Week Workout Plan-Novice


This plan includes a customized exercise program that is designed for those that are new to resistance training.  Ideal candidates are those who have recovered from Weight Loss Surgery or others who are new to physical training and are ready to take their weight loss and toning to another level. 

Typical plans include a minimum of three days per week, up to six days per week depending on goals and other variables.

*Note:  Access to a gym is preferred but not necessary.  Since my plans are customized to you, we can adjust and modify workouts accordingly.

The Novice Workout Plan Includes:

-Initial Assessment

-Customized Workout Plan that includes specific exercises and explanations of proper execution as well as detailed explanations of why the specific plans are beneficial

-12 Weeks of Unlimited Email Access for questions and open communication.
